SMS notifications are entirely optional. You may add your mobile phone number to your account and explicitly opt in to receive SMS alerts. Your number will be verified via a one-time SMS verification code before any notifications are sent.

The My Botolino service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered in real time. Flavor availability information is provided in good faith but may not always reflect exact in-store availability at the moment of your visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Texas Arrows LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including missed notifications or inaccurate flavor availability information.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
