By using our website or creating a My Botolino account, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

• Phone number (optional — only if you choose to enable SMS notifications)

This information is collected directly through the registration form on botolino.com. We do not import personal data from third-party databases into your My Botolino account. Existing contacts may receive an invitation to register, but their data is only stored in My Botolino once they complete the registration themselves.

3.2 Usage and Analytics Data

When you visit botolino.com, we automatically collect certain usage information through cookies and analytics tools, including:

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Browser type and device information
• Referring URLs
• General location data (city/region level)

This data is collected through Google Analytics and, where enabled, Meta Pixel. See Section 8 (Cookies and Tracking) for details.

• Onboarding communications: To help you get started with My Botolino via email.
• Email marketing: From time to time, we may send you news, promotions, and updates related to Botolino. You can opt out at any time.
• Service improvement: To understand how the service is used and improve it over time, using aggregated and anonymized analytics data.

We do not use your information for automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. SMS Communications

SMS messages from Botolino are used only for:

• One-time verification codes when you add or verify your phone number
• Flavor availability alerts for flavors you have explicitly subscribed to

We do not send SMS marketing or promotional messages. You opt in to SMS notifications explicitly through your account settings, following phone number verification. You may opt out at any time through your account settings or by replying STOP to any message.

Your phone number is shared with Twilio Inc. solely for the purpose of message delivery. It is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other third party.

6. Email Communications

Email is used for:

• Flavor availability alerts
• Account-related communications (verification, account changes)
• Onboarding to the My Botolino experience
• Periodic marketing emails about Botolino news and offers (with your consent, and with the ability to opt out at any time)

Email delivery is handled by Twilio SendGrid. Your email address is shared with Twilio SendGrid solely for this purpose.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the following third-party service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating the service:

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We require that they use your data only to provide services to us.
